David Frym, owner and general contractor, is renowned for his deep passion for design-build and his unwavering commitment to crafting unique custom homes. With a focus on delivering comprehensive remodeling and design services, David's work is marked by professional and high-quality craftsmanship. His relationships with clients are at the heart of his practice, and he places great importance on understanding and fulfilling their visions.

In 1994, recognizing the need for a space where clients could experience materials firsthand, David Frym founded the Northbay Kitchen and Bath showroom in Petaluma, California. What began as a vision to create a destination for designers, contractors, homeowners, and builders has evolved into Sonoma County's premier design showroom. Our family owned design and build showroom offers a selection of the highest quality materials, combined with the expertise of our talented design team. David's dedication to innovation and excellence, coupled with strong client relationships, has solidified our reputation as leaders in the Sonoma County design-build community.

Ted LeBoeuf is a seasoned Kitchen and Bath designer and project management professional with more than 25 years of experience transforming homes and multi-family spaces. He specializes in high-impact kitchen and bath renovations that balance beauty, function, and craftsmanship. With certifications in both design and construction project management, Ted brings a rare combination of creativity and hands-on expertise. He’s known for taking projects from the first concept sketch all the way through to the final walkthrough — ensuring every detail meets the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Ted’s technical background runs deep. He’s fluent in 20/20 design software and has journeyman-level skills in key trades like electrical, plumbing, and cabinet installation — giving him a true builder’s eye for how great design comes to life. Ted enjoys devoting time with his 11 year old son Teddy, riding Quads and playing video games together. Outside of his Professional Endeavors, Ted is committed to his community, volunteering as an assistant Kung Fu coach.

As a Sonoma County native, I earned my bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from San Francisco State University in 2014 and returned home to pursue my passion for creating beautiful, functional spaces. With over a decade of experience in residential interior design, cabinetry design, and project management, I've had the privilege of working with several reputable designers to craft contemporary and classic homes that feel fresh and inviting.

I believe good design emerges when the personality and lifestyle of my clients shine through. I love finding creative ways to blend function with flair—especially when it comes to cabinetry that makes you say "wow." When I'm not designing, you'll find me at the park with my husband, Chris, and our golden lab, Jax. Becoming a new auntie this summer has added even more joy to my life!

With over 12 years of experience in the design industry, Josie has developed a passion for guiding clients through the design process. She excels at making the journey enjoyable and stress-free by offering personalized suggestions and recommendations tailored to each client's needs. Josie believes that listening is key to understanding her clients' visions, and she takes the time to ensure that the final result truly reflects their dreams and aspirations.

Josie's expertise spans a wide range of design services, including bathroom and kitchen designs, window treatments, color consultations, and furniture and décor projects. Her keen eye for detail and dedication to creating cohesive, beautiful spaces make her a trusted partner in any design endeavor. Josie's approach is client-centered, focusing on delivering thoughtful and inspired design solutions that exceed expectations.

Ceres Knoll joins NBKB Design Center with over 20 years of experience in architecture and interior design both in the United States and in her home country of Brazil. From an early age, she worked in her family's design business in Brazil, where she developed a passion for creating spaces that are both beautiful and deeply functional. This drive to enhance people's lives through design has guided her throughout her career, allowing her to craft luxurious and inviting interiors.

Ceres has focused her career on designing high-end residential spaces, including custom cabinetry design, material selections, furnishing, and construction documentation. She collaborated with clients and contractors to ensure every detail, from built-ins to finishes, aligned perfectly with the client's needs. Ceres enjoys traveling and exploring with her husband and two spirited daughters. Whether working on a key project or planning a family event, her creativity and attention to detail are sure to deliver an impressive result.

Growing up in Mendocino county, Alexxus then left to obtain a BA in Design from UC Davis. Since graduation, she has lived and worked in Sonoma County where she has become specialized in designing kitchen and bathroom spaces. On her days off she enjoys day trips exploring Sonoma county and surrounding areas, hiking, and discovering new favorite places with her dog Meeko.

Alexxus is passionate about prioritizing her clients needs to deliver a finished project that is within budget, and exceeds expectations. Having extensive knowledge of the construction process, she is able to determine what is practical, functional and aesthetically pleasing. At Northbay Kitchen & Bath, Alexxus uses her years of knowledge in the construction industry, and design to guide her clients to options that will create lasting and stunning results.

Born and raised in Petaluma, Kelly is proud to call Sonoma County her home. She started in the banking and mortgage industry before switching her career to accounting and office management with a focus on the construction industry.

With over 20 years of experience working for General Contractors, Subcontractors, and material suppliers, Kelly brings a wealth of knowledge to the Northbay and D&R Construction teams. During her free time, Kelly enjoys spending time with her husband, Joey, and daughter Isla. You can find them cheering for the San Francisco Giants at home games and attending live music events around the Bay Area.

Michaela brings a wealth of experience from various facets of the home improvement industry, including construction management, interior design, and administrative assistance. As a Navy Veteran with a BFA in Interior Architecture & Design from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, Michaela combines her deep passion for design with a broad technical and managerial skill set.

At Northbay Kitchen & Bath, Michaela leverages her extensive knowledge in software and construction to effectively handle a range of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and support for the team. Her background in design enriches her approach to problem-solving and project management. Outside of her professional life, Michaela expertly manages the demands of being a mom to two young children. She enjoys preparing healthy and inventive recipes for her family, caring for a few farm animals, and running her own small business.
